Name: Bagthasingh

We are ready to give Rs 5 crores to Goa government to take the river princes from the sea if the Government will allow us to remove the materials through shore/land.Salvangar plans are that if he will not take the below water level scrap(means inside the sand scrap)the above water level scrap will come profit to him.Afterwards, Government will put another tender to take the inside sand scrp.
He is thinking like that.Inside water below the level scrap taking work is very very hard.In Merina beach in chennai,no one company are taking out the scrap from below sand level.
Nearly 30 years,200 peoples are died every year in Chennai Merina beach.
It is inland beach.
But Goa is Internatonal beach.Ten years decision is too late to the Government. It must take decision like MSC CHIRA agrouded ship salvage decison in single tender for SMIT SALVAGE COMPANY,SINGAPORE.

Sleep is one unresolved problem that fucks me up almost every day. At any time, my biological clock could be off by a random number of hours. And it's my conscious will that should get the blame, mostly.

I've been keeping myself awake during nights cuz I just liked that portion of my 24 hours. I used to do most of my shit at nightime, not just because it allowed me to focus better, but also because the retarded Internet service I had till a few weeks ago was usable only during the late hours when traffic reduced.

I know it's not good, that it's not healthy, that life's harder that way and that it's just plain stupid. I do understand that we are meant to sleep the nights and work the days. Lost count on how many times I've heard Dad shouting it, when he came in to check on me during his mid-sleep piss wake-ups.

That said, things are looking better for me, after almost a month long hiatus, off the real Internet. I was feeling sleepy 2 sentences into this comment and am just dragging myself through it. I also have a more consistent Internet connection at home now, so I probably won't need to shift into the night to do my stuff.

I also intend to take some pills to force myself to sleep, just for the initial habituation, lest I spoil myself again. And no, not all sleeping pills are the same addictive, narcotic and the *boo* kind. Some real good innovation has been done in this area and there's all kinds of stuff suiting all kinds of issues and all kinds of people.

Lastly, there are a few things I'd like to add to your observation.

1. Alcohol induces sleep, but it's a bad kind of sleep. Shallower and not refreshing. People with sleep issues are usually advised to not take alcohol.

2. Smoking fucks one up too. Nicotine keeps you excited. Almost in line with coffee, not all that great for falling asleep.

3. Eating outside of your normal timings might help you fall asleep that specific day, but it also tends to derail your biological clock. Your stomach would start expecting food at those timings and your acid/enzyme secretion mechanisms would be induced at those abnormal timings. You would start feeling hungry at that specific time of the night, which might not be convenient.

Also, I have experienced all the above, first-hand.

Would you bother illustrating how the "Like" button allows the website owner to gather user data about who liked the site... or refer a valid source which illustrates this somehow.

There is no way to know who liked your site, IMHO, except for the people who are your friends.
